Shipping and Returns

• 1. Will I receive a confirmation after ordered?

  Yes, you will. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation through email, which includes your order number, payment method, shipping information, shipping method and shopping list. Also, once your package is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number and link.

• 2. Shipping Fee:

  Free shipping for all orders.

• 3. Shipping Time:

  Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days, and it will arrive at your place within 3 working days.

• 4. Do I have to pay duty?

  About 99% customers will not be charged for any import duties /taxes. However, if there is, you may be subject to import duties / taxes according to your local customs authority.

• 5. I placed my order today, when can I expect to receive it?

  Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin production right away. Production usually finishes in 24 hours. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we use Fedex/UPS/DHL/EMS for shipping. The shipping process itself takes 2 to 4 business days to reach North America, Europe and Australia.

• 6. Order Tracking

  If you receive the shipping advice email from us, use the shipment number on the shipping advice to track the order: go to https://www.usps.com/ if the order is shipped via postal post; go to http://www.dhl.com/en/ if the order is shipped by DHL.

• 7. Return and Refund

  We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if not: For orders with no problem: You can return the unused products to US warehouse in 7 days after you received it. After sending back, please let us know the valid tracking number. Once we receive the package, we will give you a full refund (for free shipping orders, the shipping fee to your place will be deducted). OOSilk is not responsible for your return shipping fee. For orders which are incorrect, faulty, or damaged: Please contact us at service@oosilk.com, we will issue a full refund or exchange a new one for you. OOSilk is not responsible for items which fail to reach us.

• 8. Cancellation

  An order can be canceled in 24 hours after payment. However, no cancellations are accepted after 24 hours.
